I’m Sasha Brooke-Williams, a fully-qualified Dance and Pilates teacher undertaking my training at the Royal Academy of Dance and Body Control Pilates. I have extensive experience in teaching dance in many sectors including the English National Ballet and Trinity Laban's education departments.
After managing the Performing Arts department at a sixth form college for many years I undertook my Pilates training and became self employed, wanting to be able to teach what I love whilst fitting around family life . I now have three children and live a busy life of being a mum and delivering my business which I love!
So if, like me, fitness and movement have played a part in your life, you'll never forget the feeling of strength and freedom you had at your peak. While life changes at pace, I believe one thing never leaves you, the ability to get that core strength back again. My own journey has taught me that change is good. Learn from it. Evolve with it. Use it to regain control and drive your mental and physical wellbeing forward.
