About Me

Get to know more about me and my passion for Pilates & Dance and how my classes, 1:1 sessions, coaching or mentoring can help support and empower you.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Sasha

Movement and physical well being has always been a part of my life. Dance is where it all began for me and my love for all movement has stemmed from there. During my dance degree and PGCE gained from the Royal Academy of Dance, I gained extensive experience teaching in a variety of establishments, including English National Ballet’s and Laban's education departments. I then went on to manage the Dance and Performance department at a large sixth form college for many years.

In 2012 I undertook my Pilates training with Body Control Pilates and became self employed, wanting to be able to teach what I love whilst fitting around family life. Housing my classes from my fully equipped home studio is the perfect fit for this and I love welcoming clients into my home!

My Pilates classes are small to ensure individual support can be given and that a sense of community is created within the class. Whether you choose to share your experience with like-minded people or choose exclusive 1:1 sessions with me, I can help to give you that strength to move forward, to reach your goals and follow your passions.

I am here to help build your strength and support you, whether it's to aid an injury, progress technique, reach your potential or simply help you fall back in love with movement again. I’m all about reassurance, encouragement and to keep your momentum going, for you to own and be proud of your results.

If, like me, fitness and movement have played a part in your life, you'll never forget the feeling of strength and freedom you had at your peak. While life changes at pace, I believe one thing never leaves you, the ability to get that core strength back again. My own journey has taught me that change is good. Use it to regain control and drive your mental and physical well being forward. Movement and exercises shouldn't be seen as a chore. Let me help you make it a way of life, have fun with and enjoy the feeling it gives you.
