Service Description

This course is suitable for mummies to be from 15 weeks gestation. The classes will target key muscles important at this time and address any specific problems such as Pelvic Girdle Pain, as well as focussing on gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques.   As well as enabling you to have important 'me' time the classes will focus your mind and encourage you to feel connected with your body to help you prepare for labour. It is also a fantastic way to meet other mums to be and share any worries or concerns you may have. You will have access to advice on local services that can also support you at this special, but sometimes overwhelming time. All participants can receive 20% off my Pregnancy Pilates Plan, an online resource to help you undertake exercise at home.
