Tailored to your own individual needs a one off, or course of 1:1’s are a really beneficial way to discover the Pilates method and gain great results. Perhaps you have had an injury or are working towards a race or competition and need some extra focus on keeping muscles and joints working efficiently. My 1:1's take place in my fully equipped studio or via Zoom and will benefit anyone who needs extra individual attention for rehabilitation of an injury or to further technique.
