Pilates For Runners
This one off workshop aims to give you a bank of exercises to help with any injuries or niggles running may bring you. Running is an excellent form of exercise with many benefits but can often lead to issues with hips, the back, ankles and shoulders. Pilates is an excellent foundation for all exercise and running is no different.
We will cover posture, gait and common injuries and look at targeted exercises that will help you to gain a balance of strength and flexibility in the joints where it is most required.
