This course is suitable for mummies to be from 15 weeks gestation. The class will target key muscles important at this time and address any specific problems such as Pelvic Girdle Pain, as well as focussing on gentle stretching and breathing and relaxation techniques.
As well as enabling you to have important 'me' time the class will focus your mind and encourage you to feel connected wih your body to help you prepare for labour. It is also a fantastic way to meet other mums to be and share any worries or concerns you may have.
