This Pregnancy Pilates class is suitable for mummies to be from 15 weeks gestation. The class will target key muscles important at this time and address any specific problems such as Pelvic Girdle Pain, as well as focussing on gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques.
As well as enabling you to have important 'me' time, the class will focus your mind and encourage you to feel connected with your body to help you prepare for labour. It is also a fantastic way to meet other mums to be and share any worries or concerns you may have

I really enjoyed doing Mamalates each Tuesday evening on zoom, it was a highlight to my week whilst being pregnant! Very easy to join via zoom in my temporary Pilates room, AKA The Nursery A great chance for me to do some gentle stretching to help relieve back and hip pain plus the breathing and pelvic floor exercises were a great help!! The breathing and relaxation techniques were put into great use during my labour!!
Overall a great class I would highly recommend!
