About the Event
This is a three day short course to introduce you to Yoga. This will be equally beneficial for those who are new to physical movement and want to try something different, or for those who are quite active in sports or other physical activity such as gymnastics , dancing or other sports.
You will learn how Yoga can help compliment those other physical activities and keep you strong and supple and injury free and also how Yoga is a brilliant way to move the body in a non competitive way and to try a new skill!
Yoga is excellent to help you with your posture and to stretch out any niggles you may have, particularly at the moment with being sat for long periods of time with school or revision. It is also a fantasic way to learn skills to cope with anxiety and stressful situations, all these techniques you will be introduced too.
