About the Event

Come and discover how Pilates is the perfect compliment to your running programme. If you are in the final stages of training for the London Marathon, or love to run but have a niggling injury that hinders your performance, or ability to run as much as you'd like, then this workshop is for you. 

This one off workshop will address your posture, running style, training programme and injuries you may have.  You will gain knowledge on how to adapt your technqiue or training programme, to enhance and compliment your workouts and to come away with a bank of tools to keep you running!
