This two hour workshop will enable you to gain an insight into the main principles of Pilates. It is a perfect opportunity to gain an introduction to Pilates or to refresh your skills after a break from this technique. The two hour workshop style class, will take you through all the main principles of Pilates including breath control, stabilisation, alignment and co-coordination. The class is supported by a 1:1 which can take place over the weekend either online or in person. This will be organised directly with Sasha after you have booked this workshop.
