About the Event
This event will run from Sunday 28th Feb - Sunday 21st March. 09.30 - 10.20AM. It is suitable for those new to Pilates and wishing to learn the basic skills invloved. The course will teach you how Pilates can help support you through any niggles or pain and compliment other forms of exercise you may be doing or wish to partake in. Each class will be 40 minutes in lenth and by the end of the course you will have an understanding of the main prinicples of Pilates and have confidence in implementing the basics into everyday life and other forms of exercise.
