I offer three main classes that I run in short blocks throughout the year. You can also book in private sessions for both Pilates and Dance related coaching and keep and eye on my events and workshops page for one off courses and online events held throughout the year.
This Pregnancy Pilates class is suitable for mummies to be from 15 weeks gestation. The class will target key muscles important at this time and address any specific problems such as Pelvic Girdle Pain, as well as focussing on gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques.
As well as enabling you to have important 'me' time, the class will focus your mind and encourage you to feel connected with your body to help you prepare for labour. It is also a fantastic way to meet other mums to be and share any worries or concerns you may have
This class is aimed at new mummies and their babies, from 6 weeks to crawling.
The class will help to re-strengthen those muscles so importantly used during your pregnancy and subsequent labour and enable you to reconnect with your body and focus the mind in a calm and relaxing environment.
Exercises will focus on drawing together your stomach muscles and strengthen the pelvic floor as well as toning other parts of your body and gentle stretching. The classes also focus on posture in relation to feeding, carrying, pushchair use: all the new everyday things your body has to adapt to now baby is here!
The class is also a great way to meet other new mums and babies!
This class is suitable for those with a grounding in the basic principles of Pilates and wishing to further their practice. The class follows the classical Pilates repertoire and aims to strengthen the whole body as well as addressing any individuals specific need.

1:1 sessions are a great way to get a personal and thorough workout. Tailored to your own individual needs a one off, or course of 1:1’s are a really beneficial way to discover the Pilates method and gain great results.
Perhaps you have had an injury or are working towards a race or competition and need some extra focus on keeping muscles and joints working efficiently.
