Welcome to Sasha's Dance and Pilates. Putting YOU at the core. I am here to help build your strength and support you through that journey, whether it's your pregnancy, to aid an injury, progress technique or simply help you fall back in love with feeling great again. What a feeling!

Whether you choose to share your experience with like-minded people or choose exclusive coaching sessions with me, I have options to suit your needs.

My pre & post-natal courses help you stay stronger together. My matwork classes are for those committed to stretching their body goals and I have fast track options for beginners. I’m also a fully qualified dance teacher and offer help to teens facing exams and auditions and I specialise in rehabilitation for those with performance-related injury or pain.

The majority of my courses are limited to six people to ensure individual support can be given and that a sense of community is created within the class. All face to face sessions take place in my fully equipped home studio in St Albans. 

Fitness and movement have played a major part in my life. I’m only happy when I’m dancing and it’s Pilates that has enabled me do what I love, injury and pain free. 

Even after three children and a long list of pregnancy challenges, I am stronger now than I’ve ever been and want to support you to feel the same way.
